I’ve had both and much prefer the RT. it’s much juicier and fatter than the FB, while still being tight.
 
Try the Artist. Easier to find, and has much of the same flavor. I've owned a Retro as well, but the Artist is more aggressive, and will certainly scratch the Retro itch.

Good luck. Not many Retros out there.

Thanks for the heads up man, however I was looking to spend about 2500-ish. This one is 3500 and for that price i'd probably consider a different amp.

It was $2,799 when I posted the link. looks like he edited it about 10 minutes after I posted here. :scared: :LOL: :LOL:

I want to say it was even cheaper a few weeks ago. He's had it up for a long time...I'd say just offer him $2500. That's about what it's worth - on the high side IMO - but it looks in great shape.

I sold him an amp in April. He's easy to deal with.
