This was a limited production run for Guitar Of The Month in 2008.
I’d rate the condo somewhere between Very Good and Excellent with the only thing really worth noting is pick marks and polishing swirls on the surface of the guitar. Nothing through the finish and not noticeable from a few feet away, but certainly visible upon inspection.
Guitar ships in original Hardshell case, also in very good condition with a couple of tears in the lining of the case. I think was done intentionally at some point, probably because the guitar fit so snuggly. It still secures and protects the guitar as it should. Otherwise the case looks and functions great.
