Fantastic amp. Stellar cleans as usually found on a Bad Cat. Gain channel has harmonics for days. People say this channel is sort of a hot-rodded Marshall. There's some of that there, but I hear something else. It's kind of its own thing. The clean channel has a 5-way rotary, while the gain channel has a ton of tone-shaping options. This amp also has the effects loop, clean and dirty inputs, switch on the back for half power and another for bass response. Comes with footswitch - not sure if original, but it's served me well! One note - I've heard you can blend the clean and dirt channels on these, but I've never experimented myself.
Overall, solid hard rock amp. Can do metal with the right boost and guitar. Steve Wilson from Porcupine Tree uses these live, and I know Kurt from Converge used these, as did John Baizley from Baroness. I know the newer version of the amp has more gain and seems to be gaining some popularity.
I'd say it's in very good condition. The handle has some slight tears as pictured.
