This may have been covered somewhere, if so I apologise!

If I switch off my Torpedo Live while keeping my amp on, is there a chance I'll damage the amp in the same way powering it without connecting a speaker would? Just wondering how careful I need to be with switching the Live on before my Amp.

Thanks

Tom!

Nothing will happen. The unit provides resistance regardless of whether it's on or not. That said, I don't take my amp off stand-by if the Torpedo Live isn't on.

The Live will provide a security load when it's off, don't worry, just don't run the amp for too long, there is no risk, but the amp will prefer running on the proper speaker-like load. ;)
