hey there! i hooked up may cab m between my power amp (Speaker out) and my Cab, as described in the manual, but the Cab M doesnt simulate the virtual cabinets or when using IRs the sound that comes out of the cab is the same! ... am i doing something wrong?? the Cab M works fine only in the DAW ... i kinda hoped it would change my amps cab sound live... that would have been cool! .. any help?

Hi Richard20,

the connexion between the amp and the cabinet through the CAB M is actually a bypass, there is no sound processing from the CAB % applied to your signal.

You can get the processed signal through the Line/XLR or headphones out on the CAB M.

This being said, it would be weird to process the amp signal with a speaker sim and miking before sending the result to a regular guitar cabinet. The sound would be pretty bad, to say the least, because you'd be cascading two different cabinet sounds. ;)
