The US has collected about $16 billion in Tariffs imposed on Chinese imports by President Trump.

Back to the OP's topic though -
The White House should absolutely let Mueller testify. The DOJ/ Bill Barr has already said he's not going to stop him from going up to Capitol Hill to do so.

While Trump has suggested on Twitter and in public comments that tariffs are somehow being charged to or paid by China, economists say that’s misleading. U.S. importers are responsible for the duties, and ultimately U.S. businesses and consumers pay through higher costs. "It is inaccurate to say that ‘countries pay’ tariffs on commercial and consumer goods — it is the buyers and sellers that bear the costs," said Ross Burkhart, a Boise State University political scientist. "Purchasers pay the tariff when they buy popular products. China’s government and companies in China do not pay tariffs directly. Tariffs are a tax on imports. They are paid by U.S.-registered firms to U.S. customs for the goods they import into the United States. In many if not most cases, those costs are passed on to American consumers, whether it’s directly on the products hit by the tariffs or through an impact on U.S. companies who use raw materials hit with tariffs. Meanwhile, tariffs could mean that producers pay more, as materials that are used to make products sold in the United States rise in price. Those price increases are likely to be passed on to consumers as well. It’s possible that U.S. consumers could find tariff-free products elsewhere, but in many cases, a suitable product may not be available, or may be more expensive or of lower quality.

Chinese goods aren't hit by tariffs until they get to the US, where middleman corporations known as importers of record actually pay what the government technically calls "customs duties." U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) collects the tax on imports. The agency typically requires importers to pay duties within 10 days of their shipments clearing customs. The federal treasury does get paid when tariffs are levied. But Chinese exporters don’t make the payment. The importers do — usually U.S. companies.

"If the U.S. imposes a tariff on Chinese televisions, the duty is paid to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the border by a U.S. broker representing a U.S. importer — say, Costco," Howard Gleckman, a senior fellow at the Urban Institute-Brookings Institution Tax Policy Center, wrote in September. "The Chinese government pays nothing."

A tariff is a tax on an import. For example, let’s say there is a 25 percent tariff on washing machines imported from China. If an American company imports a washing machine from China, it will have to pay a tax to the federal government amounting to 25 percent of the price. The question of who pays that 25 percent depends upon the circumstances. On face value, the importer pays the tariff. While profitable companies might simply absorb that additional cost, they could also pass it on to others. American importers might also raise prices, so manufacturers and consumers pay the cost instead—and there’s evidence that this is already happening.

U.S. business executives and economists say U.S. consumers foot much of the bill through rising prices. There is plenty of evidence that prices are starting to climb as a result of the trade war -- which means, actually, US buyers are paying. According to a report from the New York Fed, increased US tariffs on China will cost the typical US household $831 each year.

Actual data on tariffs and trade from 2017 and 2018 showed that foreign firms didn’t lower their prices at all, so the full impact was born by U.S. firms and consumers. A paper published in March by economists Pinelopi Goldberg, the World Bank’s chief economist, Pablo Fajgelbaum of UCLA, Patrick Kennedy of the University of California, Berkeley, and Amit Khandelwal of Columbia Business School also found that consumers and U.S. companies were paying most of the costs of Trump’s tariffs. After factoring in the retaliation by other countries, it concluded the main victims of Trump’s trade wars had been farmers and blue-collar workers in areas that supported Trump in the 2016 election.

In addition, tariffs could also produce delays or price spikes that spiral across the economy, since the economy is now tightly interwoven into complex and time-sensitive "supply chains." And any slowdown in the supply chain could mean layoffs for producers and a hit to the broader U.S. economy. American companies may not have the capacity, in the short-term at least, to offset the reduction in supply of certain Chibnese goods by increasing their own production. Instead, they’ll raise prices.

Walmart Inc, the world’s largest retailer, and department store chain Macy’s Inc have warned that prices for shoppers will rise due to higher tariffs on goods from China.

A March 2019 paper by the National Bureau of Economic Research, which looked into the data around the impact of Trump's tariffs, concluded that the costs were almost entirely borne by American consumers and importers. The study's authors found "no impact so far on the prices received by foreign exporters." Moreover, American producers had responded to the reduction in Chinese competition by raising their prices. Those price rises led to a reduction in the real income of American consumers of about $6.9 billion during the first 11 months of 2018. “Our results imply that the tariff revenue the U.S. is now collecting is insufficient to compensate the losses being born by the consumers of imports,” the study found.

The bottom line: Tariffs push prices higher, consumers spend less money, businesses sell fewer products, and the American economy takes a hit.

Good day libtard.

House Speaker Paul Ryan said on “Face the Nation” Sunday that the House of Representatives has passed about 1,000 bills this session of Congress.

“You take a look at the bills we pass out of the House, about a thousand bills. It’s been one of the most productive sessions of Congress in a generation,” he said.

Verdict: True

The House has passed 1,032 bills and joint resolutions in the current session, the third highest number in the last 30 years.

President Barack Obama didn’t give “150 billion in cash” to Iran.

The nuclear agreement included China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, so Obama didn’t carry out any part of it on his own. The deal did lift some sanctions, which lifted a freeze on Iran’s assets that were held largely in foreign, not U.S., banks. And, to be clear, the money that was unfrozen belonged to Iran. The money Trump represents Iranian assets held abroad that were frozen until a deal was reached in 2015 to curb Iran’s nuclear program and ease sanctions. Tehran was then allowed access to its funds. It had only been made inaccessible by sanctions aimed at crippling the country’s nuclear program.

Secondly, $150 billion is a high-end estimate of the total that was freed up after some sanctions were lifted. U.S. Treasury Department estimates put the number at about $50 billion in “usable liquid assets,” according to 2015 testimony from Adam Szubin, acting under secretary of treasury for terrorism and financial intelligence.

As for Mueller not wanting to be questioned by Republicants, that is an absolute falsehood..

Good day conservatard.

Looks like the libtard did some homework. Took you almost 2 days to get your information eh?

Paul Ryan is a snake. Period.

I didn’t say Obama gave $150 billion. I said billions. You say it’s $50 billion. I say wtf are you giving anything to a country that chants “death to America” any money. But you’re a libtard so that makes sense to you.

And yes Mueller isn’t going to publicly testify because he won’t be able to handle the questions asked by Republicans. He will be exposed for the fraud he is. How stupid are you?

I also love how you libtards love the cheap sweat shop labor Chinese goods while touting your moral high ground on other libtard issues.

Get ready for Bucket 5. The truth is coming out. Trump is declassifying everything related to surveillance activities during the 2016 election.

I could find countless clips, (before YouTube went 100% corporate media search results) of Pelosi and how insane she is. She doesn’t even know what planet she is on let alone who the current president is. She still thinks Bush is in power most of the time.

Pelosi doesn’t own shit. She is losing her marbles and it’s getting worse every day that passes by.

And as for coverups. Well we are about to find out just who actually does do cover ups, well.

Did you see Jerry Nadler almost pass out? They seem to be rattled. I wonder why...

You didn't even mention the fact that Captain Fondle™ seems to be the only "real" prospect the party at-large seems willing to stand behind, JT. The man lacks conviction; at least, that's how he comes across, and that ain't gonna cut it against Orange Man Bad™.

He's the only one with any numbers, and Bernie's been crashing in a slow-mo' train wreck for a while. Of course, he's too-far-left to have any hope anyway, as evidenced when the Dems ignored the fact that he beat Billary and yet refused to give him the ticket. I suspect they like the fact that he attracts socialists and closet-comunitsts to the party 'cause when they do the ol' switcheroo on 'em they end up voting Dem anyway for the most part. :loco:

I don't usually partake in political-speak... And I'm watching from up here in Canada, but I'm fairly astute and try to glean my info from multiple sources, not *just* partisan biased outlets.

Here's what I see...

The United States have become the Divided States; I don't think this is healthy for anyone down there... It seems the fight's become very binary - either red or blue. Simply put, whatever nonsense all this noise is causing is dumbing the majority of people down to be knuckle draggers grunting "one side" opinions only. 100% divisive effect...and I believe everyone is capable of being wiser than this. But this is what I'm seeing for a 3rd party perspective.

I know how many people love the theatrics of WWF/WWE and know it's all a show, but get involved in the spectacle of it all for shits and giggles - hell I used to have big-screen PPVs at my pad with everyone coming over to watch it and get wasted, whatever. It was fun. Somehow I see Trump carry himself a lot like these WWF/WWE characters...he gets the crowd going, he lurches and lugs himself around, and he's total theatre. He's definitely getting all the attention he wants, but is he getting shit done?? I can't say. But his movements and style seem to appeal to the same nerve centre that WWE fans have engaged when watching the mat and all the antics that go along with it. And I used to enjoy this - for entertainment purpose only...just saying.

But onto "political concerns"... I saw him originally as a change agent. I can see how many were fed up with either side - red or blue - and wanted CHANGE. I can't blame anyone for that. But shit started to slip quick - the wall represented a true border matter, but somehow it turned into a hate-on for Mexicans (then eventually every colour of skin AND religious belief started to become a talking point, Charlottesville, etc) and a bunch of whack shit that propagated throughout the media. Don Henley, "Dirty Laundry", it's the oldest game in marketing...bad news sells better than good news. But it was a seed of divisiveness. And it's just grown from there.

Look, the report came out and clearly states outside of collusion, there were real instances of obstruction that happened, but based on whatever implicit ruling you have down there, Mueller couldn't indict a sitting president and "left it up to congress" etc. But the obstruction was there. What I find absolutely confounding is - if Trump's got nothing to hide, why the fuck is he hiding everything? Tax returns, his adamance that the Ireland visit ONLY be at his golf-club, emoluments clauses are going out the window, and now he's got Barr with wide scope on the investigation but Barr seemingly isn't entirely unbiased - as depicted in his 4 page report out of 448(?) pages. He just shrugged shit off and said everything's fine - that wasn't the case. At all. So now he's the bottleneck that any and all information gets processed through and from to the citizens of the USoA. If he's already shown a bias to Trump's favour, how is anything going to be accomplished with him at the helm?

What the fuck right does the USoA have in moving religious capitals in foreign countries (ie: Israel)? What's the deal with chumming up to Saudi Arabia? In fact, what's the deal with chumming up to any of the adversaries while detaching from long-lived allies? Change agent - fair enough. But if I needed to offer caution?? I'd say watch yer fucking backs down there - Putin, N. Korea, UAE, etc. etc. etc. Waaaaaaaaaaay too cavalier and attitude to be taking with some adversaries who've had their crosshairs on the States for well over 50 years...that's revenge in the waiting. I'd be cautious, that's all.

But ultimately - none of this shit matters because it seems everyone's caught up in the theatrics and now turning on one another. Again, if this was at all looked at from an adversarial military PoV, I'd say something is going wrong - quickly. But I got no dog in the fight. And as for draining the swamp, I've seen completely apolitical individuals appointed to department heads - again, maybe a change agent...but they've all got deep pockets that, corporately, seemingly, tend to benefit Trump or the inner interests of the GoP. No politician is squeaky clean - ever - least not in my experience. But blatantly sticking self-serving corporatists into national positions of power is a "holy fuck is that really happening" thing for me to watch. So it goes.

I'm no fan of either red or blue, but seeing the arguments made by one of, if not the, most powerful leader of the free world via "Twitter" in callous, demeaning, almost incomprehensibly childish mannerisms makes me wonder - is this all spectacle, and if so - right on, he's winning by the balls. But regardless of this "keep em busy with theatre", where and when is the real work getting done? And if there's fuck all to hide - then WHY go about declassifying portions, selective portions I am sure, of the report by one sole figure who's already shown blatant favoritism to "one side"? Makes no sense to me - and furthermore, there's some serious shit going on in the CIA and higher ups that's been saving your country's ass for decades I am sure - it's not to be fucked with. Now? It could be fucked with. And this once again makes me go - if I were an enemy, what would I want to have happen.

Change agent or not, there are more concerns to me than reassurances currently happening down there. And it's not about "one side versus the other", it's about what should be a unified country where the power of democracy rules. Trump holds the highest "public servant position" in your country, but I have yet to see him serve the public en masse well or with any consistency... Thus far it seems pretty lopsided to his brand, his family, and his corporately tied interests around the world.

Weird times. Good luck.

Wow that was long winded...

This is mostly about the Mueller Report. You fail to see the bigger picture, and harp on the results of an investigation that is soon to have sunlight shine on it AKA the origins of the Russia investigation. And it doesn’t look good for Obama and his surrounding administration.

Trump let the hoax investigation go on for 2 years and let them look at and question everyone and everything. They came up with nothing. Period. Obstruction of justice on a hoax investigation is a joke and it won’t hold up.

Mueller couldn’t come to a conclusion because he has nothing. He won’t testify in public. He only wants to be questioned behind closed doors with house democrats.

Cool. Why so many of his circle get indicted or go to jail then? :dunno:

Just seems unhinged, like I said, I just wish y'all good luck.

Ventura, the Trump team are nothing on the scale of what's happened to them with the Spygate scandal.
Hey, Manafort/Cohen aren't saints and others could have done things differently. Trump could have, in the past, done things differently as well. But do you really think weaponizing the powers of the government and locking people up because you don't like the outcome of an election is the way to go?

What the democrats have been trying to do is set a template to completely dismantle the constitutional republic. They are setting a template in the future to take out a sitting president when they lose.
Make a fake charge - there is no collusion - get a special counsel appointed, get the corrupt media on their side to keep the story alive. Then use that story to take down everyone around that president for every kind of indiscretion. Use those people then to turn on the president and use the charges to call for impeachment.

You talk about the divided states of America...so how do you propose we handle these relentless, free speech hating, late term aborting, open borders, police state bullying facists Mo?

Brother Lester... If I had the answer for that, man, I doubt I'd be here tapping away on RT. It's not an easy fix by any means.

But?? If I had any kind of idea - it'd be how I've had to walk through many fires myself in my life... To do so, I follow these steps:
- recognize everyone is a human being and we are all people with heart
- set aside polarizing differences, and try to see things from a global perspective
- be selfless, have gratitude, and compassion
- have even more compassion for ones perceived enemies
- walk and speak with only loving intention, and be that walk and talk as well.

As it pertains to the States and what's happening, I can only say this. I see much conflict and divisiveness creating smaller and smaller factions of more and more focused intensity, much of that intensity is negative in nature. It would seem to me everything has become compromised down there now - what news can you trust, what words can you trust, who's telling the truth while hiding what, who's lying while hiding nothing, where's the rule of law, where's the *real* checks and balances system, it's become a bullshit 3 ring circus sideshow of.... You get the picture (credit: MJK/Tool). But, as Tyler Durden says? Ya gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet. I'm hopeful there's an omelet in the works... All I do know is "both sides" are diligently hiding some shit from full view, and it's creating rifts like none other down there. Everyone/Everything Is Compromised. And this - from an adversarial perspective??? Wow. Fucking candy from a kid. You're going to have an election - now nobody will trust the outcome because the meddling has never truly been addressed or fixed - and if it has - then it'll be partisan involvement for their benefit (compromised). What information are you getting, Fox or CNN (compromised and partisan). Now the internet is already getting hacked by your adversaries, so thoughtcrime is already underway and nobody knows it or can find it becasue it feeds THEIR belief system (compromised). And throughout it all - divided. Non-constructive. Wasteful rhetoric. Adults acting like kids. And your constitution being pulled down brick by brick. Your melting pot of culture separating at the seams. And your national debt, going up; your stocks, going down. Something is going fucking sideways down there - I've got friends galore in the States - of all colours and beliefs - some wealthy some healthy - but they're all saying the same thing....there's a heavy undercurrent of unrest down there, and it wasn't there to this degree prior to the current Prez. I am not blaming him as he could just be a change agent doing his thing - but if I were your enemy?? I'd be clapping my hands and smiling like the Cheshire cat right now.

Just get through it and stand up for your rights and what your heart tells you - and love your neighbour in the process. Instincts - what's really true, what's really not right? You're all fucking smart - sit back and have a good solid personal look at just what the hell is happening all around you....and ask, "is this normal"?

Love ya cats!!

Thanks bro, I may have to read that a couple times...cool.

Y'know, we may not be as divided as it seems...maybe things aren't as bad as it seems...maybe.
But illegal and legal immigration is happening so fast here there isn't time for assimilation...the melting pot ain't melting bro and our schools aren't teaching our kids the values of this country either. Not to mention the depth and the effect of some pretty nasty external and internal self-interested forces at work too. So there's that.

Someone suggested recently since we're not getting together or "United" really anymore and it doesn't look to be changing any time soon that maybe, lest there be some sort of violent conflict/civil war whatnot,...y'know, maybe it's better just to separate.

Ventura, I can boil it down to a few things:

1) Minorities and immigrants prospering. White men wtih only a high school diploma are very jealous and willing to blame minorities and immigrants.
2) The Murdochs and their media influence. This isn't just in the U.S. The U.K. and Australia are messed up too.
3) Social media: especially the political agenda to brainwash or create wedges.
4) Post-Robert Bork division between our two parties which gets worse every year.
5) Parties and politicians willing to create wedges.
6) The rise of Evangelical Christianity in the U.S. Most Trump supporting evangelicals attend church by watching it on t.v. This is a fact.
7) Generally messed up values in this country over the last 40 years.
8) A lack of teaching of civics, logic, philosophy, world history and morals in our school system.
9) A school system that did not prepare many people to be able to earn enough to feel secure. See #1.
10) Unbalanced prosperity in the coastal states vs. the land-locked flyover states. See #1.
11) Unbalanced prosperity in fields other than farming, manufacturing and other jobs you used to be able to do with a h.s. diploma. See #1.
12) The most unpopular Congress in history. This includes before, during and after the Civil War.
13) Gerrymandered districts that reward far-right or far-left politicians who refuse to compromise in Washington.
14) Gerrymandered districts that do not represent the will of a majority of the people.
15) A vast array of far-right and far-left media on tv, radio and the internet.

Damn, your boy Mueller further disgraced himself today with that bullshit.

Bill Barr had asked Mueller point blank if the failure to charge the president with obstruction was based on the OLC guidelines and Mueller said NO.

Then he gets up there today and says we couldn't charge the president with a crime because the OLC has said you couldn't charge him with a crime.
This dude is a lame and a liar and too chicken shit to come in and testify.

Someone pointed out - Ken Starr issued an independent council report on Bill Clinton. He used the word "Guilty" 11 times, 6 of them were obstruction of justice.
It's not that complicated, he didn't say we have to indict. He was asked to report and he did.

Your condition is even more obvious - it's called the inability to see the forest for the trees amplified by mass quantities of horseshit.
Known by the technical acronym ISFTH(Inability to See the Forest for the Trees amplified by mass quantities of Horseshit)
Or commonly known as IS Fucked in The Head.
But I still luv ya bro.

?????

Barr is a lying shill. Mueller got up and told the truth. Plain and simple. Barr is a PROVEN liar with what he has stated previously, before the report came out..and was PROVEN a liar based on what the report actually SAID. Period.

But, as per usual, you Trumpagandists will continue to BS anyone who would actually listen to you.
I have a suggestion..READ THE REPORT. If you can read.

Fun facts:

1. Did you know that libtards always have 100% factual information and are never wrong?

2. Did you know that libtards never commit any crimes in the history of the world.

3. It’s a great time to be a libtard.

4. Oh yea you also don’t have to answer questions or testify. If you write a report it is 100% irrefutable fact! If 18 libtard investigators say it’s so, then it is so!

Yeah, they're fucking nuts.

We did take a few hits though this week.
(1) It seems to be, based on the fact of key players not being interviewed, John Huber's investigation is a farce.
(2) Dan Coats(DNI) and Christopher Wray(FBI) are working against us it seems in revealing deep state maleficence and transparency.
(3) this pile of human filth, John Brennan, still has his security clearance despite Trump ordering it removed.

So yeah...wtf

I think what he wants is for you to admit Trump is a Russian puppet and an obstructer of justice. Then and only then can we all dance and laugh and play. Okay?

Once everyone is a Democrat, the whole world will be better off. We must exterminate the Republicans! We will identify them with Red hats and sentd them off the concentration camps. It’s the “final solution”

In other words...y'know my bro here, Ry Manchu, spent some time writing you. Why don't you take some time and address him first before dragging out some passive aggressive bullshit against Americans.

I'm definitely NOT against Americans - whatsoever. As mentioned, I got peeps down there... Good peeps.

I read over Ry's post - from a distance - I don't disagree with anything he said; I think they're all valid observations. Especially the fact that news outlets and social media are running amok and kinda veering people away from truly understanding just WTF is going on. And no, not trying to be passive aggressive - sorry if I came off like that. I just wish the infighting would stop. I also wish Mueller would have been a little more "definitive" with his 8min speech today. But I get it - his job was to investigate 2 situations, collusion and obstruction. There were no direct-to-Trump-as-an-individual ties of collusion, but a massive number of puppets got fried that were very close to him who did conspire/collude with Russia, not to mention the number of Russians indicted in the process who'll never see a day in court on American soil. Where the collusion thing irks me is there's no right or wrong answer - there was a systemic attack on the election process; proven. Because of this, one can either say you've got an illegitimate president; or you can say you've got a president who defied the odds. But from what I've seen, and the behaviour thereafter, I don't think Trump minded the interference and he is awfully fucking friendly to Putin. That's a bit sketchy. As is the NRA and Butina's ties to Russia. All of it - too incestuous. Would I have wanted Killary to win? Fuck no. And I've even said it - I may have voted for Trump given I'd have seen him as a change agent amongst all the other players. I maybe could have considered him a good bet. How he's conducted himself politically and globally since then, sadly, I don't approve of - and I think he's leaving a lot of doors open that are advantageous to your adversaries - some inside the system - and many global.

As for the findings of his wrongdoings with obstruction and a host of other stuff, it's not Mueller's job to indict someone. Just do the investigation. He did that. And has made it pretty fucking clear Trump's not squeaky clean, lots of shifty shit happened, and the avenues to sort this out should be congressional. He chose his words carefully - because his job was "investigate" - not opine on guilty/not-guilty. Only issue with this is now the congress and the senate are super divided - you're either a goddamn liberal baby killing fag Democrat; or some white supremacist corporate dong gobbler Republican - neither of which is true. But there's the gaff, it's so fucking divided now, no one's thinking about "overall betterment of policies, independent accord to checks and balances, etc etc etc", it's just a big ol' SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU'RE WRONG ASSHOLE fight where nothing gets truly sorted out.

And the news media are selling like hotcakes depending on "what side" you're on.

That's all I got :dunno:

But I ain't here to make enemies m'man....not at all. I just kinda give a shit about things going off the fucking rails. And I do take issue with a couple things that Trump does:
- he's not divested from his brand, and he's really pitching his golf courses and hotels throughout all of this (emoluments clause??)
- he plays a lot of fucking golf for a guy who said he'd not play a lot of fucking golf
- he seems to forget facts or things he'd said a month or so ago (Wikileaks, bimbos he's banged, I did this - no I said I didn't do this...etc)
- he's not relying on proper intel to make decisions as a president ought to
- the people he supports only seem to praise him; or vice versa, regardless of whether they're shills, enemies, criminals or not
- and he doesn't really say much of anything when he speaks...he just kinda whips up the crowd (see my WWF/WWE mention above)

Other than this, he's shaken shit up enough as a change agent for sure. But is he qualified to be your president? I can't say for sure. I just hope the hate wedge doesn't deepen to the point where another civil fucking war or revolution breaks out. Like I said, I have no "frame" to work within, I'm fucking sitting back going "holy shit...this is nuts...and I can only see this benefiting one type of party; your adversaries".

Peace & Powerchords

Ry’s points make sense to you because he’s parroting the same crap the corporate media is saying to all the other brainwashed zombies out there like yourself. They keep repeating the same BS to you until you believe the lies. Where exactly do you get your news from in Canada? Good old CBC? Haha. I’m betting it’s libtard biased like all the other main stream media. And no Fox News isn’t the only conservative news outlet just FYI for you clowns that keep saying so.

The fact that you think a country like Russia can have a significant impact on a US election is laughable. There are far bigger influences behind closed doors the public is completely unaware of.

I was for the Mueller investigation and nothing came of it.

Now I’m for the Barr investigation... let see what he turns up. :D

Either way, Obama made me rich and Trump is making me richer. I hope you guys were smart enough to participate.

The fact that you think a country like Russia can have a significant impact on a US election is laughable. There are far bigger influences behind closed doors the public is completely unaware of.

I don't disagree with his points of view.
Especially how news is delegated/disseminated.

Same thing you're saying man

As for news outlets - global - the beauty of the internet and speaking 4 languages. I take a whack of different media streams on the same topic all with different spins on it and make my own assessments. And if I had to label myself with any kind of political affiliation, I'd have to say I'm a non-conformist, anti-corporate, agnostic anarchist with a bent towards being kind and compassionate; whose lived several lives; many successful; and tasted all the fruits of high flutin' femme fatales and fancy travel, to dingy basements with burnt spoons. And everything in between. I have no affiliations - politically. I'm not a fan of The System. Any "System". As power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. So you’re anti-corporate but believe corporate media talking point...got it.

Do you realize all the big media outlets are owned by powerful rich people? The Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezo of Amazon. The New York Times is owned by Carlos Slim the richest man in Mexico. CNN is owned by Ted Turner one of the biggest land owners in the USA. Somehow I don’t think they have the public’s best interest when it comes to the news...

Yes... This is why I said I check a global streams of media - everything from Al Jazeera to The Guardian to German, French, Colombian, Portuguese, Australian, Japanese, China, and Baltic regions...they've all got their angle on what the fuck is up. CBC...?!?! Not a fucking chance LOL.

And I also agreed with you in my sentiments that there are enemies afoot - "...lot of doors open that are advantageous to your adversaries - some inside the system - and many global."

I don't trust systems... And this is why I said, no one truly really whatsoever knows what the hell is going on because everyone is spinning everything to suit their format. I'm with ya man, no need for assumptions on your part, if ya read what I wrote, you'd see I'm standing way back having a look.

Peace

... and audience and agendas, brah. :dunno:

This is why you gotta look at history and long-term trends / patterns in order to make heads or tails of it IMHO.

In 828 days, Donald Trump has told 10,111 verifiable lies. Yet Krull and Lester believe every word he says. To them, it's all a deep state conspiracy. Ex-heads of the FBI, CIA, DOJ that are Republicans and Democrats must all be involved. Meanwhile, the supposedly innoncent executive branch is fighting every subpoena and every document request. Donald Trump and Donald Trump Jr. have expressed that they would take the fifth if subpoenaed. To see it the way that they do, takes a seriously warped and brainwashed mind. It takes an ocean of denial, burying your head in the sand and sticking your fingers in your ears to see it as they do. Face it, Dems just do the Presidency better than Republicants. Too bad that decent men like John McCain and Mitt Romney didn't have a chance to make your party look good. Instead we got bozos like W. and Trump.

Don't put words in our mouths dumb fuck.
You know nothing about us.

And if you had been paying attention at all you'd see that more than supporting our president or believing every word that comes out of his mouth whatever, has been my disgust at the erosion of this country by these police state tyrants/bullies who have trying to upend the presumption of innocence.

Thanks for asking though bro.

And LMFAO at the 10,111 verified lies. Hahaha. Remember folks, Democrats are innocent, truthful people. They can do no wrong. They are perfect little angels....(sarcasm)

Well, by comparison Barack Obama told 18 lies in 8 years while he was President. But I get it, you're brainwashed Krull.
