Orange AD30 Reissue?

Hey hey, I've been tirelessly scouting the net for about the last few weeks in search of an original AD30 single channel head. We've all seen this video in which Page is using the AD30 to get that unmistakeable sound;



Then - it hit me.

Why don't Orange re-issue the single channel version? There's clearly a market there with the few that do make it onto the net for sale being snapped up for more and more. The last one I tried to bid on sold for over $1000.

They really are a great amp.

I had an AD30TC head. I sold it in favor of my Rockerverb. I miss it. I love my RV and would choose it again. If only I could afford to keep both. Channel 1 is supposed to be based in the single channel AD30. I wish I had the opportunity to play it at the volume he had it in that clip. I'm sure it was dimed. They sound so much better with the master volume cranked. Myself, I never got the master past noon, except for a couple of times. The ringing in my ears is finally gone from that.
