So I scored a deal on a kickass EVH Stealth 100 head and it does something I've never experienced. When I'm on one of the gain channels, I've noticed that adjusting the gain knob on the OTHER gain channel will affect the gain and add white noise to the channel I'm on. 
It appears that the first preamp tube is the only one shared by both channels, so I plan to try replacing that one. Any other suggestions?
