They're rated at 500v so they should be fine for treble caps and bright caps?

500v should be good for most smaller amps in the preamp and PI stages. the biggest voltage I have ever seen off a plate of a 12AX7 or any other preamp tube is around 390 volts, so a 500v cap should be good to go. Surges can be handled normally, and if you already have 'Cushion' built in, I would just use the an not worry one minute.
