Thermal fuses??

Not sure, it's certainly unsafe as if you have a hot voltage going to ground and the chassis/you are ground referenced, you could be killed. PTC (positive temperature coefficient) components are intended for secondary protection to save discrete components from inrush current damage. They aren't intended for primary fusing.

Well..After a little more research it's not a thermal fuse..it's a PCB through hole 160Ma 250V fuse..So...Nevermind and thanks..
