Cab M connection issues

Anyone else having connections issues via bluetooth with their Cab M units? Mine was working perfectly for a couple of hours and then nothing.
Very frustrating. I reset both iPad and cab. Reset for a new pin. The app notes that it has found my cab and then tries but won't pair with it anymore.

Oh well..I can just run it through the cable. I won't be able to use this method reliably for gigs. I'll have to use the old fashion buttons. At least the USB connection is reliable.

No biggie though....it can still be adjusted from the menus and buttons, just a lot more tedious. This was kind of the whole point of me switching to this unit.

I put in a support ticket so we shall see what they suggest.
One thing for sure is that Two-Notes support is excellent so no worries.
 
Hey PBGas,

that's weird, as we leave running our units 24/7 to test the reliability of the connection. The support team will probably ask you some log file to understand what's going on.
 
Yup. I’ll respond to them with that today. I’ll try a couple of there suggestions as well. Never a worry with Two-Notes support on the job!
