Pink Floyd through a VH4?

The last 2 chords sound like VH4, the other playing is more filled with effect. BTW, why the VH4 is OFF (at least seems to be) in the video?
 
Hmmm, everything has the same effects. But yeah, It's a Gilmour solo. It's pretty wet. :D

I don't understand what you mean. You can clearly see Channel 4 lit up.
