Tech Help: Power outage while pedalboard was on

Hi there, i’m new and i would like to ask a question about power outage hi le using my pedalboard.
Yesterday i was building my pedalboard, As i just finished to cable all the effects, i connected the power plug and after some seconds there have been 2 power outage in 1 second. The power went on and off really fast. In the signal chain i have two digital effects that stays always on: a Digitech Whammy DT and TC Electronics Nova Delay. I noticed them went on and off really fast.
They seems to work properly but i would like to know if this could possibile damage my effects?

It sounds like an internal circuit breaker in the power supply shut the power down most likely from a short somewhere. Unplug the effects and turn on the power supply. If the supply goes out, it's the supply, if the supply stay on, it's one of your effects shorting out.
