New Torpedo Cab M user (bass)

Hello. I’m new to the forum and have a quick question about the Cab M. I know it can be used in between a tube amp and speaker or load, but can I use it in between solid state amp and speaker? I have a Gallien Krueger 700 RBii and Ampeg SVT15e (8 ohm cab). Another words, does it matter how many watts an amp pushes? Don’t want to damage the Cab M. Anyone use this with bass amps? Thanks!

Btw, I used an iem rig this morning consisting of Aguilar TLC and Tone Hammer as pre, then used KT88 power sim from Cab M, and used 2 Redwirez Ampeg 8x10 cabs with one mic’d close and one at a distance. I think I used phase invert on the close mic’d cab and got a huge sound for foh. Love this pedal!

it doesn't matter if it's a tube or solid stalte amp, just make sure there is a proper load attached (real cabinet or load box) and the power doesn't really matter to CAB M.
