For instance im using a cab, with attenuation set to MID. Then I need to switch to "Silent mode" - headphones only. Should I turn everything off (power off) before unplugging cab? Or is it ok to only put amp to Standby?

Another question there is not "power button" on Captor X - so if I would like to turn it off and use just attenuation for a while, should I pull off power supply cord? Or how?

When you say you are using a cab with attenuation set to MID, what are you specifically talking about?

As long as the amp is on standby, you can plug and unplug the speaker and Captor X without problem.

To power off the Captor X, simply unplug the power supply, like you would on any pedal :)
