I cant believe you're selling that Modern. Its amazing. One of the few quilt top guitars I like. I would sell a kidney for it, but I dont think im worth that much!

And FLoyd to boot. :rock: Funny, the best Suhr tonewise i have played was by far that blue one i posted above. The problem was the neck shape of it, it was one of those big V's. If it had the slim C or Reb Reach profile then it would have been perfect. I think it was Basswood with the maple top. It did sound a LOT better than the Koa standard i owned. AMplifire owned the Blue and i owned the Koa standard.[/quote]

I am surprised that you didnt like your koa. supposed to sound very similiar to light mahagony!
 
My new pride and joy. The guys a Suhr just went above and beyond for with this thing, they are all first rate! This guitar is just unbelievable in everyway...tone, appearance, build quility, feel, it's all there! Thanks again to John, Mike, Ed, Neal, and everyone else at Suhr involved in making this thing a reality! :rock:
