Just got this in because of my Contrarian endorsement. Weird because i'm not a 7 string player, but once i get used to it, i may use it a bit for a 70's style prog rock project i'm working on.

Plays great and sounds really great. Dig these pickups and the looks.

This will fit in nicely with my other three Charvels.

I real like like the look of these. The only thing holding me back from buying is the pickup switch location. I did consider removing the blade selector and taking out the tone knob and putting s switch in its place. Then easily fill in the blade slot with wood.

feels pretty natural to me. Faily close to Strat location i think. Yet, i grew up on Strats, so i have issue
