He's been 'celebrating' the 10, 20, and 25 year anniversaries of the album release by recreating the picture (with swimming trunks). Nobody would ever know it was him on that cover had he not drawn attention to it. @Luca79 got it right...greed.
 
I don't really know much about NFT's but couldn't this guy have somehow made an NFT? Not that it would be worth much but then again...I don't know much about NFTs.
 
So, he admitted it’s about the art show, not legitimate lifelong damages as the suit says.
 
This dude has recreated this photo multiple times. Yeah, he seems real traumatized by this "child pornography". It apparently all stems from some sort of art show he did a few months, where he reached out to Nirvana's lawyers to see if they would appear or something at his event, so he's being sore and decided to be a little shit about it.

I wouldn’t say greed since apparently his parents accepted $150 for the photo shoot. I’d go with cringe at this point since he has been 100% ok with it until now.
