Ive just ordered a star shaped guitar from warmoth, it wont be ready for a few weeks but im wondering if anybody here knows where i might be able to get a case for it?

I tried it out yesterday, biased it up a tiny bit hot only by about 1ma or less. The cleans were decent but the 3rd channel was just lacking the balls that the factory tubes had. I just put in some JJ 6L6's and it sounds pretty close to the factory tubes which leads me to believe they use...

I love the way a KT77 does the cleans like a 6L6 and the distortion like an EL34, so I was wondering if there was a direct replacement tube like this for the 6L6. anybody know?

Has anybody here built a dummy load for slaving amp heads out, I want to try slaving my mark v out to my xxx but dont want to spend $350 for a hot plate or other attenuator. So has anyone done it?

Ive got a mark v with the slave out and after reading the manual still have no idea what it means. Now ive been reading a bunch of you guys talking about slaving different heads out. So tell me about it, what is it and how is it done?

Ive really been looking at getting a Mark V but have heard great stuff about the Mark IV. I know the Mark V has a Mark IV setting and was just wondering (for those of you that own or have used both) how close the setting on the V compares to the IV itself? Any bad opinions of the V?
