3 channel guitar snake?

I have the 3 channel method for my rig right now (send, return, out) I made my own snake by zip tying some rapco cables I have at my store, I was wondering what is other ways you guys have used?? Think it is worth it to have rapco or someone build me a 3 channel snake?

I have used standard mic snake for this in the past. It works pretty well. You just need to get good snake cable. Right now I've got an 8 channel Gepco xBand snake cable running my midi, loop to wah pedal, and tuner send from my rack, all on a Hirose 14 pin locking connector. Works like a charm.

I bought one from a guy that made it on tgp. He used switchcraft ends, canare cable, and the flex stuff. He heat shrinked the flex stuff tight around the cables on the ends. It is cool. 22' for 80 bucks. I'm sure it cost him that to make it.

i use a pedal snake www.pedalsnake.com, I dont notice any tone loss and have had it for about a year with no issues whatsoever
