Anyone try a neck with more than one fret size?

Hey guys, still have a partscaster on my radar, and I was contemplating seeing if i could get a neck with slightly larger frets after the 12th fret, since you usually aren't playing as many chords up there. For example, having 6000 size frets 1-11, and 6100 frets 12-22. However, I wasn't sure how this would actually work setup wise; is it close enough that you could have the bridge set up the same regardless? Or would you have to set it slightly higher for the 6100s and then you end up with slightly higher action on the lower frets??

Has anyone done this? I haven't seen anything about this approach anywhere before. Scalloped fretboards are too much for me, but was thinking of this as a possible alternative. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
