Hello,
Looking for advice, please, as I'm not fully savvy with this sort of tech!
I'm going to be joining a rehearsal this weekend, and it's my first time using a Captor X with my tube amp. It'll be a 'silent' rehearsal, with everyone plugged into a mixer, and we will be listening on headphones. They use digital amps, so I am the only one with this issue.
I've got one XLR port into the mixer... and a Left and Right coming out of the Captor X... I'm a bit confused as to which one of the Captor X's ports I should be using? I'll be using the cabsim, so am I correct that I only need to use the LEFT XLR port to plug into the mixer? And I can leave the RIGHT port empty?
In addition, would you recommend using the grounding switch for this situation?
Thanks for any help! Hopefully the above makes sense
