When i was a 10 yr old kid i heard this album loved it, basicly changed my life at the time and its my favorite album of the 80s.

Ratt- out of the cellar also had a huge impact on me, i still listen to both albums i mentioned, i never did grow tired of the songs on these 2 albums i mentioned.

The way I see it (and I was there lol) is Ozzy solo/Quiet Riot/DefLepp/Crue/Dokken started it in the early 80s and GnR kinda ended it after AFD got popular. If a band was in between and used hairspray, they are hair metal IMO

But they really were not hair metal (imo) until Hysteria. On Hysteria they really beat all the LA boys at their own game (by the sales numbers).
I still really like the first three, especially Pyromania, so I've always hated to group them with Hysteria.

Tom hasn’t used the Cinderella name or any of the members from the 80s lineup in years but yes he’s still touring with his Tom Kiefer band
