Bill Lawrence pups

Hello all.... Does anyone know a pickup that sounds like the Bill Lawrence HB-L? I have those circuit board pups in a '89 custom LP. I like how bright they sound. I'm looking to find something "similar", or just try and find one of the older HB-L's. Thanks

Those old Bill Lawrence pickups are unique. I haven’t found anything else that’s similar other than some other vintage Bill Lawrence’s. I’d just go for them if you want that sound. I may have set I’d sell if interested

I don’t remember. I’ll check with my multi-meter later and let you know

I've got lots of 500L's (vintage ones though). Both are great pickups, but they don't sound like each other. 500L's are way hotter, more compressed, over the top and saturated (at least with the vintage ones I have)

Sorry for the delay. I just measured. The HB-L is 13.5K on my multi-meter and the matching HB-R read 7.3K. I'd sell them if interested
