Have you noticed that since COVID hit there are a shit load of people that 1/2 ass their job now? and oddly enough it seems to be ok with their employers.
I have used FedEx for years they have been (for me at least ) far and away cheaper and more reliable than UPS.
Then when COVID hit it is like they have a 5-year-old blind guy looking at a map telling them how to route the packages.
There has been more than one instance where my package was at the local hub only to leave the local hub and go to a hub somewhere in the opposite direction only to be sent back to the local hub and 3 days later get to my house.
I was in the local gun shop the other day and mentioned this to the guy working there and he said the new FedEx driver they had said he could only drop of packages that he didn't know how to pick them up
. THe gun store guy said he told him "I don't caretake them with you and have someone else figure it out"
This is just one example the internet isn't large enough to list them all.
