Herbert troubles Help please!!

Iam having some weird thing happening with my herbert. when i play it sounds like my speakers in my cab are blown, but i tried my roommates mesa roadster and the cab sounded fine. then when i plugged my herbert back in when i swtch between channels i hear a poping sound also when i turn it off. I thinking i should just retube it and bias to see if that works.
 
well i retubed it with sovtek 12ax7 and 4kt88 and 2 6550 i dont get as much poping as i did with the ruby's in there but i still get a blown speaker sound from my cab
