I pulled a speaker and found this crap stuck to it...

I hate when a seller puts a speaker directly on cardboard when they ship to me. I make sure to tell them to use plastic under the speaker. If they don't after I ask them, I return it if there's anything on the surround. I was also told it affects sound by a speaker guy. Like Jim posted, try and remove it.
