Hello
channels 2 and 3 when on modern the sound works fine but as soon as I change it to Raw and Vintage the volume drops around 3 times quieter anyone know why ?

Modern mode eliminates negative feedback, making it louder and more raw.

Might be more noticeable if you're playing at quieter volumes
 
Yep, that's normal. Same trick with Extreme on the MKV which also drops the negative feedback.
