Mini Wah Pedals?

Who is using a Dunlop mini version or similar (Wilson looks like same size and design)?
Curious how the feel of them is. Easy to get used to? No big deal or just feels too weird to use? Other gotchas or things to know?
I would want one with the auto return so switching challenges if any wouldn't be a concern.

Used a mini Dunlop for a while.
Once your foot is use to the smaller size it plays and feels the same as its big brother.

If I was buying a new wah today I'd get a mini.

I’ve tried them but I need the full pedal. I’m a size 13 and it just felt weird under my feet. Even when I was building my Fractal board, they’ve got the mini-expression pedals and while I could have shaved a couple inches off my pedalboard by using them, fuck that.

I could never get my foot to land on it just right and I usually come down on them pretty hard; during a gig the last thing I want to think about is perfectly aiming my foot so I can get the best footing on it.

Prefer a big size but I have the mini Dunlop as my main wah and I love it. Actually really easy to get a nice slow sweep Schenker style and I will be honest, my xotix wah collects dust because I love the voicing of the Dunlop. Full, nice sweep, good cut. Nice transition from main tone to the wah tone. I love it. Only thing it is missing is putting the 3 position switch on the outside.

I use an AMT Mini Wah and find the best way to use it is to angle your foot across the wah pedal. Feels weird at first, but you get used to it quickly. For me, the bonus of saving pedalboard real estate is just too good to pass up.

I’m using the Japanese Girl mini wah. Zero complaints here. Probably my favorite wah of all time

This seems promising. I'm in the process of switching up my Pedaltrain Classic 1 and looking to incorporate a HX Stomp for all effects and stereo out. My goal is to get everything I need in that modest footprint. If using the wah on the HX doesn't work out I'm thinking a mini wah is the best option given the real estate constraints. I may look to do it regardless of the HX as I think a dedicated wah to jump on and off of as opposed to having the right preset with a wah and toggling to and using the expression pedal may be way more practical.

Seriously, unless you're playing in a SRV tribute or do soundtracks for retro porn, a mini is gonna be fine.
Takes takes a little bit to adapt. I had mine on the floor and found that keeping the end of my heel
on the floor made the sweeping motion feel solid - at first the smaller size felt a little unstable
with my entire foot being supported by it. (this is on a rug - hard floor could make a big difference)

I bought one when they first came out. 5 yrs worth of gigs and it's now a non working unit.
To answer your question, you'll get used to the smaller footprint pretty quick.

I had the HoTone Soul-Press for a while - it's a compact wah/volume/exp pedal. I dug it, though it's sort of a "generic" wah tone. Easy to use
