I had a unique opportunity to try my first Suhr guitar this week!
I got it in a trade deal. And the only reason that I agreed to do the trade is because everybody that I have ever talked to that has or had owned a Suhr, had nothing but good things to say about them! Well, and it was a really sweet semi hollow telecaster with humbuckers. Lol!
If I remember correctly, this model is called Suhr Alt T.
Chambered Alder body
Maple neck
Rosewood fretboard
Locking tuners
SSV pickups
5 way switch
Stainless steel frets
Wilkinson 3 saddle bridge
I am very impressed with the pickups. They have a very warm, creamy tone. The neck is a medium C shape. .830 at the first fret. The fretwork is absolutely perfect! Sets up with a nice slow action and plays like a dream! It plays so so good! Being a semi hollow, it is easy on the back! I’m guessing it is about 7 1/2 pounds.
