My pets arrived in Japan

They’ve been serving out their last 30 day quarantine before starting their journey last Thursday. Then went from DFW to Frankfurt Germany, then to Tokyo, then Okinawa. They got here Sunday evening. They were very emotional and kept me up most of the evening. I took them to a military vet to get clearance, then to the ocean, then to the dog park. The passed out in my car.

I can't imagine the headaches of a trans-oceanic move. Glad your pups made it safe and sound.
That’s why you pay someone to do it for you. It was money well spent. It was about $2k per pet which included the flights, vet health checks in Germany, a person to handle to agriculture/animal import in Tokyo and ground transportation to my new house in Okinawa

Is there nobody in Japan trying to make Japan great again by keeping immigrants out??

For the record, "make any country great again", is an old saying. Not original at all.
