Hi Churchill.....same question for me ....i own a VH2 ....this amp has a great clean channel ; you can can use it as a crunch channel and muscle it with an overdrive an keep an very open sound ; the second channel is way more compressed and i don't go further than 12 o'clock on the gain ; do i have to change the V1 preamp tube with a 5751 tube to lower the output gain ????
I think i will always be torn until i 'll try a VH4 to really compare these two and understand their differences !!
