Got this incredible guitar last week and thought some of you guys might dig it.

Hand built by Eric Bauer (Endtime on the GGF forum)

It's his take on a Kramer Pacer

26" scale length, mahogany body, roasted flame maple neck and fretboard, Gotoh Floyd and a Duncan Custom that he further customized with a double thick ceramic magnet

This thing shreds so hard it's ridiculous

Wow! Congrats!
From the visuals I would have guessed that the body is koa. Looks great.
Btw why 26" scale, which tuning are you using on it?

Wow!!!! That flamed neck man. OMG!!!!!!

SS frets on there?

Yeah the neck is insane!!

These are big nickle silver frets, but I'm pretty sure he can do SS also.

Thanks!

Yeah it really is an amazing look piece of mahogany isn't it!? :inlove:

26" is a great happy medium between a standard strat style and something like an Ibanez RGD (those are 26.5" and I own one as well).

Gives you the ability to tune lower with lighter strings and really adds some clarity, without losing the familiarity and playability of a traditional guitar, plus you can still tune it to standard without the strings being unplayably tight like they'd be on a true baritone scale. My favorite part about it is it really makes playing shreddy stuff on the high frets more comfortable; ever so slightly more space but it's quite noticeable once you have it in your hands. I think more builders should consider 26"!

I currently have it tuned to drop C but will be experimenting with more tunings for sure. Lately on my Ibanez RGD I've been really digging open Absus2 so I might move to that tuning - really throws me out of my comfort zone and makes me write riffs I never would have thought of or been able to play otherwise :)

Btw this guitar blows my RGD away lmao; it's not even close

Medium C I reckon - right around 7/8 of an inch at the first fret. Slight compound radius on the board. SUPER fucking easy to shred on!
