Everything works perfect, passes signal, all LEDS's light up, input sensitivity/headroom DB LED's all work, rack ears are completely straight, 1/4" jacks are tight, these have a very low noise floor and these studio units are on par with the Audio Arts 4100 and Furman PQ4's. The high frequency knob end cap is missing but all pots turn and are not scratchy, please see the pics. The grounded cord is in great shape just as the EQ is.
