Uberschall Revisions: Do We Know How Many of Each Were Ran?

With Dual Rectiifiers, it is well documented where the revision breakpoints are, relative to serial numbers and production quantity. I was wondering if we know the same for the Uberschalls.

I'm most curious about the Rev 2. From what I've read, I'm guessing there's less than 200 made. Please share your thoughts.
