Were you happy with it?
We gave the factory an across the board increase last week. There were mixed reviews. :(

Uncle Sam says “you’ve got an increase coming”. I may be able to drop my paper route.

My last pay increase was decent, but obviously with the current state of things, I might as well be pissing in the ocean trying to raise the tide. Got a good pay increase, yet I’m saving less because my money goes nowhere now. Good times.

It was a tough year for us giving increases. We are a plastics and metal manufacturing company, Both commodities had the largest increases I have seen in over 30 years. The top line was way up...the bottom line, not so much.

Some employees were happy they got raises,,others were pissed because it wasn't enough.
And that in itself wasn't anything new. The reports I got today were that the pissed off, were seriously pissed. And that is new.

Retired 3 years ago and will take SS at 62 next year-- up almost 350 a month- No complaints.

What is this pay increase you speak of.
Sometimes I have 6 checks in my draw I can't cash.
Too many expenses.
Problems of being self employed.

10% for me believe it or not. I'm in the steel industry, so business has been up and down. First 3 quarters were great, 4th quarter not so hot. However, my department (I work with 2D laser cutting as a programmer/estimator/scheduler) kept the company afloat during the last few months, so the raise was a big thank you.

So you're admitting to running a Tranny sex ring, sick fuck :hys:
Oh I never said anything about that. I merely said that I pimp your bitch ass out to your favorite clients, which happen to be trannies.
Try and keep up, Squishy

I never gripe about a pay increase, seems like poor form.
Some employees are never satisfied, even the ones that need an alarm clock.
Straight up blue collar, I get by.
