Seriously, if it's a real competition... there's gonna be a follow-through or two. Just bring extra undies and be prepared to chunk some in John's trash can... and outside trash too ya dirty bastids.
There should be a point deduction though for the follow-through as it shows commitment, but lacks control.... not as graceful.

Ah im sure i can be extra careful and still put up a good fight 
!!!
Man i know a guy who would pull off mega farts at work that would travel across a warehouse and poison everyone in its way... and oneday he let go of a bad one and everyone could smell it.. when we looked over at him, he had followed through down his trousers
needless to say, he wrapped his fleece round his waist to hide the signs of seepage
