Yeah.. I'm playing CoD3 now... I dunno.. CoD2 on the PC was great, and maybe I was expecting too much of this game on the Xbox.

Yeah, WWII shooters got old somewhere after the first 10,000 games.

MOH:AA and Call of Duty2 are my some of my favorite PC games ever. :)

I like the old school rifles.

sorry i left suddenly, my controller died and i couldnt say goodbye.

What gives... :(

My xbox locks up ever so often while I'm playing RB6 Vegas online.

I wonder if it's the X360 getting too hot, or maybe my wireless is dropping the connection and freezing the game up. Anyone had this happen?

I just hooked the wireless stuff up today, and it just started doing it today... now I would say that is the culprit BUT today is the first day playing in a few weeks...

Today is the first day I've played over my wireless network too. While I didn't have any troubles, when I was hardwired it would freeze every once in a while. I think it is just a normal bug (mine froze on NCAA Football 2007 though.) Are any of the warning lights on?

BTW.....Anyone play NCAA college football online??

Luckily I haven't got the red ring of death or anything...

It's really annoying though when it freezes up in the middle of a match.

I haven't had any problems with it freezing before.

What wireless setup did you end up going with? D-Link, Netgear, Linksys?

I have a linksys router and am using the belking wireless gaming adapter. It isnt nearly as slick as the MS one, but its $40 cheaper.

How many times did it freeze up?

3 or 4 so far..

Do you got a link to the Belkin Wireless Gaming adapter?

When I was at circuit city I seen some sort of wireless gaming adapter.. The thing itself was wireless, but you ran the ethernet cord from it to the 360. It was $89.99 though.. so I went ahead and paid the extra $10 for the Micosoft adapter.

I was going to buy a wireless usb dongle from LinkSys, but everyone on Xbox-Scene says those won't work.

There's the game adapter that was in stock at the Circuit City here.

I went in with the intentions of just buying a switch to hook everything too wired... but they were out of stock on them.. So I just spent $150 more than planned and bought the wireless router.

my connection went down last night or something. Hell, i dont know what happened! Did the game freeze up when I locked up?

You won't regret having wireless. It isn't quite as speedy as having a hardwired connection, but it sure is handy. RIght now in my house we have 2 laptops, a desktop, xbox360, and a wii hooked to the wireless and it works without a hitch.
I can't even find a link for the adapter, I will look a little more later. Walmart had them for $59 and they are kind of a pain becuase you either have to plug them in to the wall or use two usb ports for power. Luckily I have an old PC I only use for downloaded crap where I plug the usb ports in. Anyway, sorry I'm not much help. I'm sure theres people on here that know a lot more about 360 hardware issues than me.
