It's a Gotoh Non-Tremolo Bridge.

EDIT: I am not sure on the exact one he put on there with the spacing and all... just know it is a Gotoh.

My guess:

Body Sides: Mohagany
Neck: Wendge/Pau Ferro (or rose wood)

Man do I wish I had the money for one of these right now!!
