I'm trying to get four channels TS from board to amp, plus a 120v if possible. I never really liked the Pedal Snake style where you have a bunch of changeable ends, and it's priced a little high. If I can find a snake, that'd be perfect, otherwise I'll just bundle up some cables in a Pedal Python/TechFlex thing, but that seems like it'll be thick as hell.

Check out Chris at Redco. I had him build a custom snake for my Fractal FX8 to my Mesa Mark IV. I speced it out with two humbuster type cables, a couple of TRS to dual TS lines, and it was perfect. Great quality build and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I've found HOSA to be a great company and great value for all manner of cables and snakes.

Whoa, if I filled out this correctly on Redco, a 4-channel snake with all Mogami and Neutrik dnds is only $123?! That seems so cheap. I don’t see a way to include power but that’s not the end of the world. This might be the way to go, thanks dudes.

Could u give me some more details? Maybe PM would be best? I also have a FX8 and recently got a Mark IV. Super timely.

Redco has built me cables too. I just went the TechFlex route with all my cables to make a snake. In both my guitar and my bass rig, I have four cables and a power cable in a sleeve. Both are fat, but they are not unmanageable. Going that route makes it easy to add other cables (like CAT5E, or XLR) in with whatever. I even snaked a input cable and a headphone extension cable for my wired in ears that way. I used a red sleeve for that cable, and everyone asks about my red cable at gigs.

The bright side of TechFlex is that you can replace a cable if it goes bad. Although, either way, I don't see cables going bad in a snake. The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts. Or, as the great leader, Caesar, once put it, "Apes together strong."
