Pulled the trigger this morning, wanted something to power a real cab. Bonus points for being a great attenuator. Gets great reviews, excited to try with my Kemper!
 
Congrats, it’s a great unit.

Here is a cool way to run it.
 
I love mine. My amps have loops but I prefer the PS2 loop.
 
Best piece of guitar gear in the last 10 years.
Agree on the loop. Makes it easier to switch out heads too.
 
it's amazing. Tried it with my Kemper, first time through a cab that it felt good in the room.
 
I'm still using the original Powerstation. Amazing piece of gear!!

Be careful of the little button next to the volume control.
HUGE difference in volume between pushed in and out!
 
I need to get one to drive my Mesa OS 4x12 when feeding it my cathode bias amp.
 
The ps2 is really badass, I love the loop too, it’s very warm.
 
Indispensable.

I only wish it had an IR loader onboard. Would make it the ultimate stage and studio swiss army knife.
 
I have a PS-100 coming. That and power tubes for the Sig X and Deliverance 120.

Quad came stock with 8 captures of one and they are easily some of the best in the box.
I've never played or heard the real amp so it has nothing to do with authenticity - they just sound bad-ass. .
 
I just got a Quad Cortex and this thread has reminded me I need to try it through a power amp. I love the PS2 but havent used it in ages
 
Absolutely love all of the power station models.

I use a PS1 as a wet/dry amp for my larry

If you're going mono into a guitar cab, take a look at these. Quiet, runs cool, and the 3 band EQ is voiced
perfect to make last minutes tweaks based on your speaker(s)/cab.
