Whatever happened to that FJA guy? I thought his demos sounded really good.I had one amp modded by Voodoo
It was a 5150. To my ears. Sounded worse than stock. Sent it to FJA. AMP came back sounding INCREDIBLE
He retired.
I used to see a lot of his stuff around, but now now.
That explains that.

Jerry moved from New York down to florida last I remember. He made MONSTER DUAL RECTO mods!! Probably my all time ever fave amp.
want to get another modded by him as my Be All End All amp. Now I just have the Archon. Killer amp. Little more hard rocking than the Mesa. That amp was just a beast!

Wow, I've had several Voodoo modded amps over the years. Still have a witchdoctor loaded gh100l that I love. Never had anything but a positive experience from Trace. It's been years ago at this point though. Sad to hear and never thought Trace would be in this lane.

Man, I feel old. Jerry retired, Trace's reputation looks tarnished (I guess, I really don't know). Kinda sucks.
Have to go dig out my Jerry modded E530.

Ya it’s crazy how a ‘normal dude’ money.... amp.... gets shoved aside. I don’t know trace. Or what he does. But man several years is kinda sad. Least to me. If I knew I couldn’t finish a project. I would not take it on.
