Reagan was the first to cut taxes on the wealthy, make the middle class pay for it, steal from Social Security and Triple the deficit, just like HW Bush/W.Bush & dumpy trump.
You never really "cut" taxes it just means someone is paying for it somewhere else.
The only budget surplus ive seen in my lifetime was at the end of Clintons term where W Bush tripled the debt.
Republican's have no problem tripling the defecit and then all of a sudden being "fiscal conservatives" whenever a Democrat has to fix things. I am neither GOP or Dem.
My wife & I haven't had a tax return in 3 years thank to trumps tax policy thats cuz our money goes to Billionaires now.

Obama destroyed most of the good, high paying manufacturing jobs and replaced them with more part-time minimum wage McJobs where people had to get three of those Mcjobs just to survive. That was the job "growth". That's what the Alinsky-ite did. When the stock market went up, it was Obama pumping it up with fiat....artifical hyper-inflation.
 
I think I know why aliens are canvassing the planet. They're here to ensure that our DNA remains confined to this solar system.
