Are you trying to run it via Google Assistant by chance?
Wife was telling me that the new iPhones are having issues with Google.
Both companies know about it and a fix is coming.
Probably not, but FYI anyway.
(she works for a wireless headphone company and they've been getting tons of calls from iPhone users)

Did you just update to iOS 15? I have had nothing but issues with bluetooth/syncing to my truck since updating. 15.1 and 15.2 were supposed to address these issues (specifically 15.2) but I still have disconnecting problems.

Ever since, it hasn’t connected via usb…
