Funny shit lol but it is Pretty cool actually , and it reminds me of a drum lesson I got from a well known drummer who told me that he basically will take a magazine and "read" the words with his right hand sort of like a melody. While at the same time laying down a groove with his other limbs....

Kinda cool right? Old jazz trick .... really awesome way to practice limb independence.

No its seriously cool...the guys inflections are perfect, I'm blown away how close he nails it. Dig into his youtube channel, there's some brilliant shit in there, unreal amount of work had to go into.

Thank you so much for sharing this buddy, means a lot to me.
For me, I have my drums very close to my guitars/amps/bass guitar rig.
So when I get behind the drum set, it’s a right hand/right foot thing, I search for that grease on the high hat in syncopations with the groove from my foot or snare strikes all while finding that counter point with the riff or walking bass butters which is where the melody begins.
Find the MOTIVE.
I also put on YouTube and let whatever come through and play along with it, 80’s crap pop song drum machine patterns are great.
Argh… Now I just wanna jam and show you what I mean!!!
