pics look pretty solid for $150 a piece. i have 2 boogie combos, and this seller has 2 of these. thinking about making an offer for both.

i'm kinda hell bent on not owning a 4x12 anymore because even though i just built my ideal 4x12, and they sound amazing.... moving it, and gigging with it, is getting less and less realistic with age. especially when my "heads" are both 90 pound combos with ev's.

It looks to be well built for that price. If I had the room, I'd be inclined to give it go. I'm not sure it'd be any less of a PITA that a 4x12 for gigging as it looks pretty large itself.

i wouldn't gig with it, it would be more for recording

Seems like it might be worth taking a chance. I don't have any experience with ISO cabs so I don't now if it being of MDF vs birch has any bearing on sound.

Have you ever used an ISO cab?

Granted I've only ever tried the one I own (Jet City Jetstream) but I can't get past the comb-filtered sound of it.

I've heard people get real solid results with them but I have no idea how they do it lol.

Mine gets more use as a stool/table than as an actual cab these days

What would worry me the most would probably be the weight.

I'm thinking about trying this option by Johan Segeborn.

I had a Demeter SSC and had the same issues. I sold it to a guy who made recordings with it that sounded awesome. I have no idea what I was doing wrong.

my pal ended up buying one. he has pretty elaborate home studio, so i'm sure i'll be testing it out with him at some point. we'll see if he can make it sound good.
