Yeah he’s a dude who I think was mostly active on the Seymour Duncan forums years ago.

What he said; was a regular poster on the SD forum, not sure if he still participates there still.

Yeah that's a good site, plenty of good information there.
He definitely has his own opinions that don't always jibe with everyone but he's got plenty of insight into pickups that's hard to find elsewhere.
He still frequents the SD pickups group on Facebook. Not sure about the actual SD forum.

As Subsonic73 suggests, I have "opinions that don't always jibe with everyone", so some may debate my "legit" status. :ROFLMAO:

Every review is subjective.
I asked if was legit because is strange nobody mentioned the website before, and i discovered it only now.... I think you doing a great work, i really enjoyed to scroll back many pages.

I can dig where you're coming from.

my "legit" and "doesn't jibe" jokes are aimed at some of the gear companies out there. I'm self-financed, so I can say/do what I want. DiMarzio doesn't like that I didn't smooch their starfish on the PAF Master and the PAF 59, for example. The Duncan company doesn't like that I broke their Leesona marketing on the SNS, causing them to retool their approach. And it's alarming how many companies of all sizes are quite territorial (i.e., possessive) about a content creator that's not even on their payroll - which is why I don't post on the SDUGF

however... thank you for your kind words.

I check your site all the time, think I originally found it when trying to make sense of all the JB versions old and new.
