Good communication, and fast payment. Amp arrived via UPS with a blown fuse and a wire off. Was sick to my stomach and ready to go to war with UPS to make it right, but being smart he troubleshooted and got the issue resolved. Much respect!

What happened was beyond my control. Doesn’t change the fact that I would’ve made sure it was resolved. He could have been a dick and he wasn’t, so I felt he deserved credit for that. I could’ve not mentioned it but I have nothing to hide. No need to be a dick.

I would say Krueger was a blown fuse himself and more than a wire off.
