My H9 didn't sound as good as my Eclipse, from what i've read the 3000 sounds even better again

Now that you mentioned it, the MD-500 does seem a little thin on the top end., it doesn't sound crappy but.... I agree it's probably a wise choice going with Eventide that way you know you getting THE Eventide sound.:2thumbsup:
Yeah I have to agree. I’m glad I’m not the only one noticing a bit of the 8k+ region sounding thinned out.

I suppose rhe Micropitch Delay sounds like what you are looking for. I really don’t see what the H3000 brings to the table these days given the plethora of other devices that share these algorithms.

I have and honestly if I’m spending that kind of money I would just go with a larger eventide rack unit.

I think the boss MD-500 would do all that I need and more. It could do Roland dimension D and also do a great micropitch as linked in the video above. Not looking to spend a lot of money and love that it’s all stereo.

I could do a boss waza dimension D pedal and an eventide micropitch pedal, but the boss MD-500 seems good enough for both and is midi which removes a channel on my GCX.
If you look through GC's used section you can get an Eclipse for pretty much half price or the price of two of their factor stomps and it delivers so much more. That's where I got my second Eclipse. It's a keeper!
