I got a used Micro Terror a couple months ago from a dealer on the web that gave me a power supply (PS-24) from a Quilter product...the PS-24 is rated at 24V, 3A where the Micro Terror is rated at 15V, 2A...this is potentially damaging to the amp, yes? It operates well, sounds REALLY good, but I only operated it for about 30 seconds and put it away, as we are moving...I don't really like the numbers...

Let me know if you would like to sell the Quilter Power Supply. I somehow left mine behind and have been using an off brand for the time being. If you wanna sell it, post it on Reverb and let me know, and I will buy it. Just don't wanna spend the $30 something buying one new from the Quilter site... and to answer your question, you should stick to the same Volts as required for the amp. It's OK if the amperage is a little higher on the power supply, but can cause damage if the volts on the power supply are higher then the Orange amps requested volts, or if the amps on the power supply are lower then the requested amps on the Orange amp.

Thanks for the input, A!
I'm new here, too...I had plans to get the "real" thing on warranty from GC, but I picked up a couple on the Eeb, one wasn't even close in volts OR amperage (300mAh's? >PFFT!<), so it's going back...
Shoot me an offer I can't refuse and it's yours, Anthony...
Is it possible to PM here? I haven't seen any buttons...
